On her way to the hospital, the midwife spotted a double connecting rainbow – a good omen. A reminder of God’s promise. A symbol for a baby following loss.

Mama had two previous losses.

When I reached the hospital, mama was already dilated to 9cm, just a few hours into labor.

But there was still more work to be done. Mama and baby worked tirelessly to bring Apollo into the world.

Biblically speaking, the number 14 is a symbol of restoration, redemption, and deliverance.

Apollo was born during the 14th hour of the 14th day.
