Birth Prep
On call from the time you hit 37 weeks up to 42 weeks, I am here for you. Booking includes 2 prenatal appointments - to discover what your birthing goals are, to help eliminate any fears of the "unknown". We will go over and discuss comfort measures for all types of Birth. Additionally, you will receive one basic postpartum visit - where I come to your home. This visit can look different to everyone. But It is a great time to reflect on your labor/birth while also giving you a safe place to talk about how YOU are feeling postpartum.
You can bundle Birth Doula Services with Birth Photography.
While this is included within Birth Doula, it is something I also offer independently. Whether virtual or in person, we will come together to go over your Birthing Preferences, some things you might have never even thought of before! Prior to our time together I will send you Evidenced Based Information to review so that you feel educated/informed enough to make a realistic Birth Plan. Additionally we will go over pain relief techniques, labor positions and any questions you might have.
