A Cesarean Birth;

The Birth of Mila 🌸

Leila & Robert’s love for each other literally radiates from them.

.

.

The first time I ever spoke with them , I knew they were going to make one hell of a birth team & they did.

Towards the end of pregnancy some things arose & it was determined the best option was for a Cesarean Birth.

.

This was the complete opposite of their plan. But with only a few days left prior to the birth of their daughter, a new plan was made.

.

.

This plan included delayed cord clamping, skin to skin in OR, thorough explanation of the procedure as it happened & more.

.

This plan was honored or accommodations were made.

.

This is birth. This is what birth can look like.

.

Respected.

Supported.

Heard.

So incredibly honored to walk alongside these 2 while they prepared to & then met their perfect little girl!
